Cancellation Policy

100% refund if cancelled 48 hours before event
50% refund if cancelled between 24–48 hours before event
No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event date
No cancellations allowed for bookings made on special occasions such as Valentine’s Day (13th & 14th February), Karwa Chauth, Diwali, New Year’s Eve, and other festive dates
No cancellation allowed for the following experience types: Guitarist bookings and Cake bouquets.
