Cancellation Policy

At Magic Surprise, we strive to provide memorable experiences and seamless service. However, we understand that plans may change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking.

General Cancellation Terms:

1. Non-Private Packages (Decorations & Candlelight Dinners):

  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the event: No refund.
  • Cancellation between 24–48 hours before the event: 60% refund.
  • Cancellation 48 hours or more before the event: 90% refund.

2. Private Experiences (e.g., Private Candlelight Dinner, Proposal Setup, Private Guitarist Performances , Magician, Dancers):

  • No refund policy applies.

3. Add-On Services (e.g., Cake Bouquets, Guitarist Experience, Special Requests):

  • Non-refundable under all circumstances.

4. Special Occasions & Holidays:

  • No refunds will be provided for bookings made on or for dates falling on major holidays such as Diwali, Karwa Chauth, New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, etc.
  • However, if the cancellation is made at least 3 days in advance, a 90% refund will be applicable

Force Majeure & Weather Conditions:

  • In case of natural calamities (rain, hail, etc.), government restrictions, or other unforeseen events, rescheduling will be allowed based on availability.
  • However, if rescheduling is not possible due to non-availability, a refund will be issued as per the applicable refund policy.

Hotel or Venue-Initiated Cancellations:

  • For private events hosted on partner properties, if the venue cancels your booking due to unavoidable reasons (e.g., internal issues, overbooking), you are eligible for a 100% refund to the original payment mode.
  • Please note: The venue may also change seating arrangements or upgrade your package at their discretion, without prior notice.

Cancellation Process:

  • All cancellations must be submitted either via email at magicsurprise3@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91-7503397239 with the Order ID clearly mentioned in your message. Requests without an Order ID may not be processed.
  • Cancellation requests are only accepted during business hours.
  • Cancellations made through social media are not considered valid.

Partial Payments & Deposit Terms:

  • Any partial payments made are subject to the cancellation terms mentioned above.
  • Partial payments do not guarantee reservation unless full payment is completed as per the event agreement.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original mode of payment.
