Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if cancelled 48 hours before event
- 50% refund if cancelled between 24–48 hours before event
- No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event date
- No cancellations allowed for bookings made on special occasions such as Valentine’s Day (13th & 14th February), Karwa Chauth, Diwali, New Year’s Eve, and other festive dates
- No cancellation allowed for the following experience types: Guitarist bookings and Cake bouquets.
