Need to Know
- The decoration service does not include hotel room booking.
- Setup takes approximately 1–1.5 hours.
- Please ensure the hotel allows balloon or decoration setups in advance.
- Ideal for indoor settings only.
- Custom flower color options available (Red, White, Pink, etc.) on request.
- Optionally, add custom gifts (e.g., cakes, chocolates, photo frames) with advance notice.
Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if cancelled 48 hours before event
- 50% refund if cancelled between 24–48 hours before event
- No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event date
- No cancellations allowed for bookings made on special occasions such as Valentine’s Day (13th & 14th February), Karwa Chauth, Diwali, New Year’s Eve, and other festive dates
- No cancellation allowed for the following experience types: Guitarist bookings and Cake bouquets.
