- Setup time required: 60–90 minutes before the event
- Indoor setup recommended for best finish & stability
- Balloon shades and décor elements may slightly vary based on availability
- Delivery & setup charges may apply as per location
- Real or artificial flowers can be provided as per preference
- Customisation available in theme, colours, signage & add-ons
- Client must arrange electricity point near the setup area
- Space requirement depends on setup size (approx. 8–10 ft area needed)
Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if cancelled 48 hours before event
- 50% refund if cancelled between 24–48 hours before event
- No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event date
- No cancellations allowed for bookings made on special occasions such as Valentine’s Day (13th & 14th February), Karwa Chauth, Diwali, New Year’s Eve, and other festive dates
- No cancellation allowed for the following experience types: Guitarist bookings and Cake bouquets.
