- Hotel permission is required for setups outside home
- Ceiling balloons are helium-filled; others are air-filled
- Add-ons like name/age foil balloons or LED lights available
Cancellation Policy
- 3 days or more before the experience: Cancellation with 90% refund
- 24 hours to 3 days before the experience: Cancellation with 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before the experience: No refund will be issued
- No cancellations allowed for bookings made on special occasions such as Valentine’s Day (13th & 14th February), Karwa Chauth, Diwali, New Year’s Eve, and other festive dates
- No cancellation allowed for the following experience types: Guitarist bookings and Cake bouquets.
